Degree Requirements: Bachelor’s, Master’s

We’re looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related technical or business field, however you can substitute these degrees with equivalent experience.

What you’ll do

Chevron’s Information Technology provides computing and telecommunications technology support services, including business analysis, development of software applications, distributed computing, and database technologies. Specifically, in this function you could:

  • Design and develop complex system landscapes
  • Facilitate change management
  • Manage the IT function’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
  • Integrate new initiatives
  • Execute IT strategies company-wide
  • Develop future IT business directions and shapes the direction of information technology within Chevron
  • Use and work with state-of-the-art IT tools
  • Maximize strategic supplier relationships
  • Leverage vendor capability
  • Influence internal customers to achieve results
