Who we hire
We’re looking for talented people who have:

- Three to six years work experience

What you’ll do
As a member of the two-year GMGDP, you can expect the following program structure:
- The program consists of three assignments designed to meet the unique development needs and career aspirations of each participant.
- Two of the assignments are six-month assignments, one in the global/enterprise arena and one in the customer-facing/brand arena.
- These rotations can be international, depending on organizational need and participant preference.
- One rotation is a 12-month retail assignment in which participants develop retail sales and management skills as they build deeper knowledge of our company-operated, retail or franchise operations.
Examples of Global / Enterprise assignments include:
- Business Planning
- Downstream Strategy
- Pricing
- Competitive Information
Examples of Customer-facing / Brand assignments include:
- Brand Management
- Franchising
- Merchandising
- Promotions
Where you’ll work
Your starting rotation will be in our world headquarters in the U.S. in San Ramon, California. Depending on your development goals, your future rotations may include domestic or international assignments.
How to apply
Our program has the following requirements:
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S., not contingent upon INS (Immigration and Naturalization Services) or school approval
- Minimum of three years professional experience
- An M.B.A. currently in progress
