Who We Hire
Chevron Global Supply and Trading M.B.A. Development Program candidates should be recent M.B.A.
graduates who:
- Show a passion for learning and exploring a variety of business areas.
- Have flexibility to move among different geographic locations.
- Demonstrate strong leadership potential.
- Possess an analytical mind.
- Have three to six years of relevant work experience.
What You'll Do
During Chevron’s two-year Global Supply and Trading M.B.A. Development Program, you’ll:
- Complete four rotational assignments—each lasting six months—that will allow you to
apply your knowledge and broaden your understanding of our business while enhancing your management
and leadership skills. Assignments may include:
— Crude Supply and Trading
— Products Supply and Trading
— Global Aviation
— Supply Optimization group
— Corporate headquarters staff groups
- Work on projects important to our success and build relationships with executive mentors and colleagues important to your future.
- Carve a career largely dependent on your professional interests and Chevron’s business needs.
- Receive mentoring by a senior manager during your journey through the program.
Where You'll Work
Your first rotation will be at Chevron’s GS&T business headquarters in Houston, Texas, where you’ll
work on one of the most advanced trading floors in the industry. Subsequent rotations can occur in:
- San Ramon, California
- Houston, Texas
- Singapore
- London, United Kingdom
- Cape Town, South Africa
