aboriginal schools scholarship program
This program provides scholarships of up to four years that support Aboriginal students studying at secondary school. The Aboriginal Schools Scholarship Program can lead to Chevron's Aboriginal Traineeship Program or Aboriginal Cadetship Program.
aboriginal traineeship program
The Aboriginal Traineeship Program offers jobs that combine practical experience at work with a structured training program and leads to a nationally recognised qualification. The duration of a traineeship can range from 12 to 24 months, with trainees completing relevant qualifications anywhere from a Certificate II up to a Diploma level. The specific area of study will depend on the opportunities available in the business at the time of hire.
wheatstone operations aboriginal employment program (WOAEP)
WOAEP provides Aboriginal people living in Onslowthe opportunity to access a local program to develop skills, gain experience and qualifications for employment in the operations phase at the Wheatstone LNG Plant or with contractors supplying services to the Wheatstone LNG Plant.
aboriginal cadetship program
Chevron's Aboriginal Cadetship Program is a paid vacation work program offering on-the-job learning and study allowance for students enrolled at university in an engineering, science or business discipline.
horizons graduate development program
A five-year program open to university graduates with less than five years' professional experience, that helps develop employee competency through technical training, mentoring and practical experience.
We have a number of opportunities on offer including a Mechanical Fitting Apprenticeship (4 years), Electrical/Instrumentation Apprenticeship (4 years), Warehouse Operations Traineeship (2 years), Business Administration Traineeship (2 years) and Process Operator Traineeship (2 years).
