- Caltex Lubricants — Sales and marketing, manufacturing and distribution operations.
- COGEL Shantou LPG Terminal — A world-class liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) terminal at Shantou in Guangdong Province.
- Asphalt Supplies — Supplies asphalt to customers nationwide for use in highway and road construction.
