Chevron’s Procurement/Supply Chain M.B.A. Development Program exposes candidates to a wide variety of supply chain and business functions in an accelerated fashion. Participants will gain valuable and relevant work experience needed to fill leadership positions in the future.
Who We Hire
Each year, Chevron hires a select number of candidates into the Procurement/Supply Chain M.B.A. Development Program. Ideal candidates:
- Demonstrate exceptional performance through Procurement/Supply Chain M.B.A. Summer Internship Program.
- Have strong academic performance and career interest in Supply Chain Management.
- Possess exceptional leadership potential and aspirations to become senior-level managers.
- Are open to learning and exploring a variety of Procurement/Supply Chain business areas.
- Demonstrate sound analytical skills and solid business skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication abilities.
- Are geographically mobile and willing to travel and accept work assignments both within and outside the United States.
- Have three to six years of related work experience.
- Value teamwork, diversity, and integrity.
What You'll Do
Participants in the Procurement/Supply Chain M.B.A. Development Program will be challenged to three or four rotational assignments over a two-year period. There is no pre-established sequence of assignments. Instead, program members’ assignments will be customized based on their unique interests and development areas, as well as Chevron’s business needs.
Assignments could include one or more positions within the following areas:
- Business Management
- eProcurement
- Operating Company Procurement
- Capital Projects
- Supplier Management and Integration
- Non-U.S. Assignment (in final rotation)
Where You'll Work
Initial assignments are located in San Ramon, California or Houston, Texas. Subsequent assignments could be outside the United States.
