• Responsible for the sales of Service Stations in one of the areas of Guatemala and supporting the negotiation and execution of new business opportunities.

• This person will be in charge of the field work and administrative work related to the assigned customers.

• Demonstrates strong leadership skills in role modeling as Brand advocate through behaviors that exemplify the ChevronTexaco Way and Customer Value Proposition.

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.  Looked to as a valuable and productive team member. 

• Ability to manage change effectively but requires some direction on impacts to business/market/job role. 

• Resolves conflicts in an open and constructive manner.
