About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Disbursements Analyst .This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Handle daily operational requirements such as manual / automatic payments, resolution of business partners' requests and inquiries among others
Coordinate or escalate payment related issues and other non-routine process such as payment rejects, stop payments or payment run errors to ensure timely resolution
Resolve payment issues by coordinating with the Invoice Processing Team, Business unit and/or Supplier.
Ensure compliance to and performance of SOX controls related to the disbursement process such as duplicate payment review, payment proposal review, quality review of transactions prior to manual payments.
Handle Accounts Reconciliation and ensure full compliance with the FSS Accounts Reconciliation Standards
Respond and resolve inquiries and account reconciliation traces timely.
Perform backup role as needed to ensure business continuity and the deliverables of the team are always met
Initiates and implement process improvements to sustain/increase quality of work, realize efficiencies, and/or make the processes more effective.
Lead or participate in special projects and handle other tasks, as may be assigned.
Other Admin and Ad-hoc Activities as may be assigned by the Team Leader.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance and related business courses
Strong background on Accounts Payable process and knowledge on related supporting systems (SAP/S4).
Strong leadership, analytical and customer engagement skills and high attention to details
Good oral and written communication skills
Must have the propensity to work in a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment
Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural background
