The job which is part of our Supply Chain team will be primarily responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence and process compliance. The Process Coordinator is a reliable source of information for key decision making and provides valuable insights into our performance metrics. Key responsibilities include tracking & monitoring performance against set manufacturing KPIs, compiling data for monthly business planning cycles & Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) planning. An integral part of the job role would be to ensure compliance with internal controls and internal processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness. An added advantage would be the opportunity to be involved in Lean Six Sigma initiatives across our manufacturing operation

• BSc in Business Management (inclusive of Finance modules) and / Science from a recognized university.
• At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Good communication and teaming skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry will be an added qualification.
