This is a hands-on role working to expand the capabilities and offerings of a customer community portal with the goal of delivering high quality customer experiences. The role will need to understand business capabilities and how the technology can support business processes. The role will be expected to provide technical support as issues may arise in the portals as well as execute desired changes within the portal.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Configure experience cloud portals including building new pages, helping marketing/customer service manage content, adding more self-service functionality
  • Understand business requirements and processes and translate into strategy and solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, program manager and product owners to build out experience cloud offerings
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features to inform future enhancements
  • Proactive portal maintenance
  • Collaboration with developers for deep technical enhancements
  • Work in an agile construct including but not limited to sprint planning, feature breakdown, user story estimation etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 1+ years experience in product knowledge of Salesforce experience cloud, community specialist or administrator
  • Experience working in a global operation organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification
