Applies digital technologies, data science, and other techniques to collect, manage and analyze OE performance data, identify opportunities, and drive performance improvement. Executes the Incident Investigation and Reporting (II&R) process. Includes OE planning & performance, MSC, data, and II&R specialists in the Technical Center and SBUs.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1) Consult and provide recommendations on technical issues related to the CPC HSE Department.  Scope includes:

  • CPC HSE Business Plan, Influence on Detailed Annual HSE Plans and HSE Budgets, HSE Group roles and responsibilities, MSW steps and functional direction for all HSE related matters.
  • Recommendations on short-term, mid-term and long-term CPC HSE priorities, targets and objectives in line with CPC commitments under CPC HSE Policy and SH requirements.
  • CPC’s Compliance Assurance Process.
  • CPC’s Incident Investigation and Reporting process.
  • CPC Operations Department Risk Management process.
  • CPC HSE functional team’s Organizational Capability (OC).
  • Occupational and Industrial Safety Efforts.
  • Ensure that CPC operations are compliant with Russian Federation, Republic of Kazakhstan, international, CPC OHS legislative and regulatory requirements and standards at CPC sites.
  • Environmental Performance and Compliance. 
  • Emergency Response Team.
  • Recommendations for selection of contractors (due diligence) and supervision of contractor’s HSE compliance.

2) Provide mentoring, coaching and influential leadership to CPC staff while traveling to remote pumps stations, tank farms, and marine terminal in and around Moscow and to CPC’s pipeline Regional offices; May require travel to attend select Board of Director and Shareholder meetings and / or Audit Committee meetings.

3) Effective Communications and Diversity & Inclusion:  Effective communications with various stakeholders at various levels.

4) Influential and Strategic Leadership:

  • All CPC audit committee activities. Serve on all HSE audit committee working groups.
  • All CPC IOC Shareholder offsite meetings
  • Serve as Shareholder SME on all CPC working groups related to HSE and Risk Management
  • Provide background analysis for all CPC HSE activities
  • Serve on all HSE committee working groups.
  • Plan and lead all Chevron HSE audit functions. Lead Chevron HSE audit team preparations.

Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
