Identify delivery, governance, and commercial risks, escalating with clear recommendations and impact assessment.
Collaborate closely with Infrastructure Product Line Managers, Architecture, Security, Finance, and Operations leaders.
Influence outcomes across a complex, matrixed organization without direct authority.
Contribute to enterprise initiatives focused on resiliency, standardization, operational excellence, and cost efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated no less than 5-year experience working with IT infrastructure managed services, such as network services, cloud platforms, data center or platform operations, IT service operations, or OT‑related IT services.
Hands‑on exposure to outsourced service delivery models, including SLA‑based, fixed‑fee, and/or consumption‑based services.
Proven experience managing or supporting vendor performance against contractual, financial, and operational commitments.
Practical experience partnering with procurement and finance on contracts, statements of work, service orders, scope changes, or renewals.
Ability to operate effectively in high‑governance and compliance‑driven environments, balancing accountability with relationship management.
Strong analytical capabilities with experience reviewing service performance metrics, operational KPIs, cost drivers, or financial trends.
Ability to translate data and analysis into clear, decision‑ready insights for senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated judgment in identifying and escalating delivery, performance, or commercial risks with appropriate recommendations.
Experience working in matrixed organizations, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
