Open position based in Atyrau, 5/2:

Ensures effective and profitable sales of the Polyethylene Pipe Plant products: pipes, fittings and fusion equipment in the territory of RoK and CIS countries. Works in cooperation with technical staff of organizations to use products.

Search and attraction of new clients, consulting of clients regarding commercial and technical questions.

Works closely in cooperation with representatives of design organizations regarding usage of products.

Assistance in searching of replacement of competitors’ products in the Plant’s products lines.

Prepares presentation for design organizations, demonstration of equipment and materials in the organizations.

Provision of necessary feasible studies validating justification of products use and ensuring their sales in these projects.

Consultation and training of Sales Coordinators on the products technical specifications.

Technical and information support: consulting customers on the effective use of fittings and fusion equipment. Conducts practical training on technology of electrofusion and butt-fusion methods, fusion machines. Consults of effective use of various types of fittings: butt-fusion, electrofusion, compression.

Builds long-term and mutually beneficial partnership with customers. Ensures close relationships with customers and retain them for future purchase. Promotes the Plants to be the most preferred supplier of products and consulting services for customers. Organizes and conducts the work on engaging corporate clients, regional and strategic project operators.

Searching for, learning and applying new technologies of processing, installing, laying polyethylene pipe, also replacement of old pipeline without digging the earth. The purpose is to expand the field of application of products manufactured at the Plants.

Conducts negotiations and prepares contracts for delivery of fittings, melting and other special equipment in accordance with the Employer’s requirements.

Maintains flexible and effective cooperation with other departments of the Plants in order to effectively and timely execute requests of customers. Carries out tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.

Monitor changes in building regulations, inform product coordinators. Provide technical support to coordinators (including to participate in negotiations with customers) to expand the use of our products and implement the sales plan. Help in the reconciliation of the design documentation for our assortment;

Track new products / directions / technologies in our industry, study their prospects and make proposals for their further development and application. Consider variants taking into account the modernization of production and development of new technologies. Develop presentations on novelties for coordinators / distributors;

Initiate / supervise the development and introduction of changes in standards to expand the scope of our products, including prospect ones. Develop guidelines for the installation and use of our products for designers and end-users.

Achieve the use of valves with PE ends in KazSRDICEA;

Help the coordinators prepare for each of the products a technical comparison with competitors, identify our advantages. Under each project / tender to disclose, justify our unique properties and product quality for indicating them in the technical documentation to reduce competition and increase the chances of our victory. Make calculations about the economic efficiency of using our products: without padding, without wells, low cost of ownership, etc.;

Develop and adhere to the plan of business trips, presentations, meetings on training dealers, designers to promote our products, work in the program Instalsoft.

Develop an album of standard solutions for the application of our products from designers. Develop and actively promote recommendations for the installation, use of PERT pipes, work on amending the regulatory documentation for the expansion of the application of direct buried valves.

Develops technical and economic parts. Successfully presents and implements new products with economic benefits for the company

Offers universal technical solutions. Submits them to the regulatory framework. Expert in his field

Organizes and controls a high level of knowledge about the product and tools from distributors and sales coordinators.

Successfully holds seminars at a high level for the state and business organizations. Technical expert attracts followers.
