Role

  • Provide coordination and oversight of site logistics services to support safe and efficient operations
  • Act as the main interface between site operations and service providers (Toll, Biofume, asset teams)

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination (Toll Logistics)

  • Oversee inbound and outbound freight movements to and from Barrow Island
  • Coordinate cargo scheduling, prioritisation, and delivery to site stakeholders
  • Monitor contractor performance against service expectations and timelines

Materials Management (Toll Materials)

  • Manage warehousing, inventory control, and material movements across site
  • Ensure accurate receipting, storage, and issuing of materials
  • Support stock accuracy, audits, and reporting requirements

Biofume Program Management

  • Coordinate Biofume treatment processes for goods entering site
  • Ensure compliance with quarantine and environmental requirements
  • Monitor service delivery and resolve delays or non-conformance

Asset Management

  • Maintain oversight of site service assets (equipment, fleet, and facilities where applicable)
  • Track asset utilisation, condition, and lifecycle requirements
  • Support maintenance planning and asset assurance activities

Stakeholder & Contractor Management

  • Liaise with internal teams and business partners to meet operational requirements
  • Manage contractor performance, service levels, and issue resolution
  • Drive continuous improvement across logistics and site services

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all activities comply with site safety, quarantine, and environmental standards
  • Identify risks and implement controls to maintain safe operations
  • Participate in inspections, audits, and incident investigations

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide regular updates on logistics performance, risks, and constraints
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and service delivery
  • Support planning for campaigns, shutdowns, and peak logistics periods
