The Business Analyst will support the functions at the EM as well as key liaison between Chevron Global Tech and the EM regarding contracts and procurement.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Interfaces directly and independently with internal and external stakeholders into the Petropiar S.A (e.g., Contracting plan, Contracts and procurement transactions)
- Responsible for coordinate the Approval of Services Orders/ POs and able to generate report as well to provide explanation of historical trends and recommendations on path forward
- Demonstrates good understanding of P/SCM datasets and tools; recognizes and addresses known data (Field tickets approvals, Materials expediting) quality gaps
- Able to work with partners to obtain approvals, data gathering (Materials deliveries and Contract's needs) and normalize data to create apples-to apples comparisons
- Responsible to follow up and secure the approvals flow of Services Confirmation and materials delivery at warehouse as per the agreed timeline set
- Able to analyze approval processes and build low complexity solutions to drive automation and efficiency, working collaboratively with Power Users
- Consolidates expenditure reports from Procurement and Contracts, generate accruals in comparison with Board of Directors approvals and leverages results to formulate recommendations
- Visible advocate for the use of digital technologies to support process improvement, efficiency, and execution
- Foal point among Finance, planning and SCM to secure to secure costs are allocated adequately as well to secure process continuity  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Economy or Business Administration. 
• At least 3 years of experience in SCM process 
• Medium - English. Good Written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytic and Proficient in digital tools (High proficiency in Excel and good in the rest of Microsoft office 365, Power Bi, Power app)
• Teamwork and customer service focus (Capacity to provide response to several end users internally and external).
• Basic understanding of the contracting risk philosophy
• Good Understanding of Contracts Administration and Materials Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in SCM process: Unit price analysis, Field Tickets validations, Contracts Execution data analysis 
• Experience with any SCM system (SAP, JDE, SMART GEP)
• SCM Knowledge- Experienced with supply chain practices and understanding of how the Contracts execution data supports Category Management and Invoice Processing.
• Knowledge in Materials expediting and Materials reports
• Proven experience in Contracts Administration including (Field tickets approval, spend analysis and Contracts/POs approval) 
• Medium experience in administrative process optimization and Cost management.

International Considerations:

International assignments will not be considered.
