OEMS Information Management Specialist - TEC (TP&E HSE)

• SharePoint and website clean-up and migration.

• Document and site decommissioning and archiving

• Manage metadata and correct naming conventions

• Coordinate with TEC OEMS Specialist (OEIM) to ensure alignment of OEMS documentation

• Coordinate with cross functional teams to understand needs and gain alignment

• Updating and validating the OE/HSE Portal

• Resolving customer issues and planning necessary site changes.

• Responsible for maintaining IRM requirements, overseeing migration and maintenance of IAM Portal-Azure directory for internal and external file access.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in information management, document control

• Strong knowledge of management system frameworks, data governance principles, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Chevron OE governance and OEMS digital platforms.

• Ability to lead process improvements and influence stakeholders effectively.

• Strong collaboration and mentoring skills within engineering and HSE teams.

• Proficiency in SharePoint, dashboards, and other document management systems.
