About the position:

The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist is dedicated to managing the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, coordinating bulk hiring and onboarding activities in line with the organization's ramp-up schedule, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide strategic guidance on recruitment approaches

  • Lead candidate evaluation, salary offer discussions, and negotiation processes

  • Act as an advisor to hiring managers on compensation structures, workforce planning, and market trends

  • Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development to meet GCC growth objectives

  • Leverage HR business partner expertise to align recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals

  • Drive improvements in recruitment processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience and HRBP

  • Prior experience as an HR Business Partner, with expertise in compensation, workforce planning, and stakeholder management
