About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for Inside Sales Representative. This role will be based in the Brisbane – Hamilton Head Office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Work with the Business Channels to identify key tender bids. Coordinate pre-bid meetings. Support lead qualification activities by providing insight into customer & industry trends and outlook.
Ensuring tender documents are complete, accurate, and tailored to customer requirements
Leads the Natural Work Team discussions for B2B in all bids/tenders to come up with a strategy and offering to win the bid
Works with relevant stakeholders across EO, ISC, Pricing, Credit and Legal teams to develop and implement tactics to capture profitable and opportunistic volumes and overall value for both B2B customers and business unit.
Develop customer centric proposals including pricing deals. Engage and coordinate internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure on time delivery of major tenders and the consistency of submissions.
Provide business support for contract renewals for large commercial and industrial sector customers and prospects.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams (B2B Fuels and Lubricants and Retail) in execution of lead generation programs

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Prior experience in Account Management and/or Business Development roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing tender responses and engaging subject matter experts
Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously, track progress, and maintain dashboardsAbility to develop customer specific strategies designed to target explicit needs of prospects and customers via a tender process
Understanding of pricing strategies, contract structures, and risk evaluation (preferable)
Exposure to large scale corporate tender processes (preferable)
