Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions within the Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Perform ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Salesforce.
• Utilize CRM Analytics to create insightful reports and dashboards, leveraging SAQL for advanced data queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all Salesforce applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related proven expertise.
• Proven experience in data integration, ETL processes, and data analysis within Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics.
• Proficiency in SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language).
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer).
• Experience with other data integration tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.
