Role Purpose:
Provide deep technical expertise and leadership in specialized domains (Cloud, Data & AI, Automation, Analytics) while leveraging advanced Business Analysis skills to bridge technology and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned technology area.
Design and implement scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
Perform detailed business analysis: gather requirements, create process flows, and develop mockups to ensure clarity and alignment.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Drive adoption of best practices, frameworks, and automation tools.
Support troubleshooting and performance optimization for critical platforms.
Mentor team members and contribute to competency development.
Required Technical Skills:
Expertise in Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and Data Engineering.
Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management, DevOps, and Automation frameworks.
Familiarity with AI/ML services, APIs, and integration patterns.
Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and CI/CD pipelines.
Business Analyst Competencies:
Exceptional skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process modeling.
Ability to manage changing requirements and deliver clear documentation.
Experience creating mockups, user stories, and functional specifications.
Experience & Competencies:
10+ years of experience in technology roles with proven delivery in complex environments.
Ability to work autonomously and lead technical and business analysis initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
