  • Responsible for managing and supervising facility development and image enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business plans.

  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling project implementation to meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and compliance with Operational Excellence HES (Health, Environment, and Safety) requirements where applicable. (Chevron owned Service Stations)

  • Facilitates the execution of maintenance programs, approves invoice payments, monitors project costs, and implements cost reduction initiatives.

  • Ensures safe work practices are followed by all maintenance providers, promotes HES awareness and policy compliance, and coordinates risk assessments and site management changes with relevant teams.

  • Manage every stage of the project, including creating comprehensive plans, distributing resources efficiently, and guiding cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

  • Monitors project progress, proactively addresses and reduces risks, and swiftly applies corrective actions through the integration of innovative technologies and dashboard solutions.

  • Responsibilities also include generating status updates for stakeholders, upholding quality and regulatory compliance, and overseeing the completion of projects with thorough reviews and documentation of key learnings to support ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.

  • Excellent proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems and buyer’s technology platforms such as SMART.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required by project needs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with health, environmental, and safety (HES) practices and regulatory compliance standards across the region.

  • Experience in cost control, budgeting, and financial monitoring within engineering projects.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and documentation of project learnings.

  • Demonstrate a minimal functional case and objective mindset, characterized by a focus on essential project requirements.
