Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Process Coordinator (Contract) located in Tsing Yi Terminal, Hong Kong through 16 April 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong Time).
Note: this is a 12-month contractor employment.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Support business planning, cost tracking, and performance reporting
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare analysis for management review
- Support in the development of business cases and economic models for management decision.
- Support benchmarking exercise and cost / efficiency improvement initiatives
- Coordinate supply and demand planning to maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Manage order processing and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Support stock reconciliation, invoicing, and ensure system data accuracy
- Maintain pricing data and support commercial processes
- Assist with compliance, audits, and system of records
Required Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience in operations, logistics and supply chain management, or business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Familiar with SAP and reporting tools such as PowerBI
- Ability to work with cross‑functions and remote teams
- Candidate with less experience or academic background will be considered as Process Administrator
