Overview:

Job Description Summary

Influences and facilitates changes to programs, initiatives, and to organizational changes throughout the IT Function  (Change management is the processes and tools needed to manage the impacts to the workforce of business changes.  The communication of changes to the workforce is a key emphasis.)

Leads projects of large scope and complexity under minimal supervision. Work regularly has Business Unit/Asset level impact. Detailed knowledge of work function, related functions, and industry practices (especially Oil & Gas).

·       Manage a team of communications and change management professionals to implement communication and behavioral change strategies that maximize workforce adoption, minimize resistance, support business goals, and increase the effectiveness of the IT Function across the enterprise.

·       Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of the organization, work through others to succeed, and support project teams by developing and integrating change management activities into their project/product plans. Acts as a subject matter expert to ensure alignment of IT foundation goals and objectives with business needs.

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism, public relations, change management, marketing or similar field

·       Minimum 10 years related experience

·       Experienced in Agile Methodology 

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Skilled in planning and directing the implementation of behavioral, cultural, organizational, process or technical changes.

·       Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across department, divisions, functions, cultures, and levels in a large global company Proven ability to analyze and simplify complex data and information and convert it into clear and engaging messaging.

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered.

International Considerations:

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
