The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet organizational objectives and leadership expectations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, providing guidance and resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure projects comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, high-impact projects.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
