Chevron is looking for an experienced technology leader to help shape the future of customer engagement across the enterprise. In this role, you will lead the architecture and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, SAP, and digital commerce platforms to deliver connected customer experiences and support business transformation initiatives. Partnering with business and technology stakeholders, you will define scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions that enable sales, marketing, and service capabilities while aligning with Chevron's enterprise architecture vision and roadmap.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Architecture & Design Leadership
Define end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights/Marketing) integrated with Azure.
Own architectural decisions across CRM, integration, data, and digital channels.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
Platform Integration & Data Strategy
Architect integrations between Dynamics 365, SAP ERP and Commerce Cloud platforms.
Design data models and data flows for customer 360, master data management (MDM), and analytics use cases.
Enable seamless integration using Azure services (APIs, event-driven architecture, integration patterns).
Customer Capability Enablement
Lead architecture for customer-facing and internal capabilities: Sales: lead-to-opportunity, account management, pipeline, CPQ integration Marketing: segmentation, customer journeys, campaign automation, CDP Service: case management, omnichannel support, knowledge management
Ensure alignment of CRM capabilities with broader enterprise processes (order-to-cash, service lifecycle).
Technology & Delivery Leadership
Guide development teams in implementing cloud-native solutions using Azure (App Services, Functions, APIs, Data Services).
Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and define integration patterns across systems.
Provide oversight for solution delivery, quality, and technical risk management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and domain architects (CRM, SAP, Commerce).
Collaborate with enterprise architecture to align with target-state architecture and roadmap.
Mentor engineers and architects; drive best practices across the team.
Required Qualifications
Experience
10+ years in solution architecture or enterprise application design.
Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions (Sales, Marketing, Service).
Strong background in Azure cloud architecture and integration patterns.
Experience integrating CRM platforms with: SAP ERP (especially master data, orders, pricing, finance integration)Digital commerce platforms (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud)
Technical Skills
Deep expertise in: Dynamics 365 (Dataverse, Customer Insights, Sales/Service modules) Azure services (API Management, Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory, Event Grid, Service Bus) Integration patterns (REST APIs, event-driven, messaging)
Strong understanding of: Data modeling, MDM, and enterprise data architecture Microservices, API-first design, cloud-native architecture patterns
Business & Functional Knowledge
Hands-on understanding of: Sales, Marketing, and Service processes End-to-end customer lifecycle and CRM-driven transformation
Exposure to Order-to-Cash (OTC) and customer-facing commerce processes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with large-scale CRM transformations
Experience with CDP, AI/ML use cases, or personalization platforms
Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing ecosystems
