L&D Expert Consultation: Provide expert advice on best practices and strategies for learning and development that lead to shaping seller behavior change, optimizing training investment, and creating business impact. Advise on learning paths for different sales roles (e.g. B2B business consultant, retail business consultant, sales managers, BDRs).
Global Sales Program Design and Delivery: Design global sales training framework, standard sales curriculum, global skills assessment and learning programs tailored for the different regions and businesses in the sales community.
Innovation and Trends: Build the L&D team’s capability on the latest trends and innovation in sales capability building, role of AI in sales, building a high performing seller, creating a sales coaching culture including sales management practices.
L&D Evaluation and Feedback: Provide the team with an evaluation framework and tools to assess effectiveness of L&D initiatives. Consolidate assessment findings and suggest improvements based on evaluation results.
Global Coordination: Coordinate and manage learning initiatives across multiple regions and businesses, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards. Work closely with regional and in-country teams to address specific training needs and cultural considerations.
Onboarding New Employees: Design and implement comprehensive and standard onboarding programs to ensure newly appointed sales employees are effectively integrated into the desired sales culture. Provide training and support to help new sales appointees understand their roles, responsibilities, and organizational culture.
Business Support and Reporting: Provide sales support including reporting to Pakistan Sales Leadership.
