About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Automation Specialist, and applications will be accepted until October 28 at 11:59 pm. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati, Philippines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Conducts deep-dive workshops with process owners to understand and accurately document business process requirements, identifying potential automation opportunities that increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk.
Develops and configures automated workflows based on detailed business requirements, utilizing RPA software like UiPath or Power Automate to optimize processes.
Ensures process changes are appropriate, accurate, effective, and documented following established standards or guidelines.
Ensures defects are accurately documented, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.
Assists with the deployment of the automated process into production as needed.
Performs a supporting role in testing the validity of new / existing systems and other automation solutions and supports implementation of new Supply Chain Management tools / modules.
Applies advanced system functions and measures to monitor progress and reliability of systems along with basic troubleshooting.
Analyzes system data and identifies trends and patterns along with recommendations for improvement.
Completes other system related reports and special projects as requested.
About You

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Supply Chain, Mathematics Engineering, or related field (preferably Information Technology and certification in UiPath).
5 years of professional work experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience developing RPAs on platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate.
Experience automating ERP (SAP & JDE) and Procurement system (Ariba/Smart by GEP) processes.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Willing to work in shifting schedule.
Good English verbal and written communication skills.
Propensity to work in a proactive, Agile, results-oriented environment.
Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.
Ability to quickly learn applications and related business activities.
