Global Service Center Overview:
The Chevron Global Customer Service Center is a team of 400 Customer Service Center & Technology professionals, spread out in 17 countries across the globe which provides a cost-effective, effortless, and digitally enabled experience for our internal partners and external customers as they engage with Chevron across the globe.
Our Manila location is composed of 250 employees composed of supervisors, team leaders, subject matter experts and customer service representatives. Key Job Responsibilities
- Marketing communications with target audiences, utilizing various channels and messages to promote products, services, or brands.
- Develops detailed project plan for label, carton or package change in market. Demonstrates excellent analytical skills; provides insightful observations, conclusions, and recommendations to effectively manage customer relationship. Responsible for the execution and adherence of agreements that have a significant financial influence on business unit performance.
- Major project assignments that come into the group and may have significant impact on the business unit are handled by this position. Able to utilize various methodologies for project prioritization, communication, and execution.
- Partners with Supply Chain to develop implementation timeline, ramp-up and ramp down plan / hard stop depending on package change type.
- Facilitates meeting with vendors, management, and stakeholders relative to current support scope, projects, and business plan objectives. Manages 3rd party vendors in ensuring that local and regional legal, compliance, marketing and other requirements are met.
- Owns and manages work processes for the development and maintenance of Product Data Sheets
- Assists in updating packaging identity and image standards & guidelines, and communicate changes across markets
- Responsible for in country execution of lubricants packaging and marketing communications
- Aligns with Marketing team to ensure packaging, label designs and communications are aligned with web, campaign and promotional requirements
- Directs and manages activities to deploy packaging standards and coordinates with vendors, Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain to meet business needs and requirements
- Develops and executes communication initiatives
- Project management, planning and guiding multi functions to develop new solutions, positions and implement packaging changes because of regulatory change & business needs
- Responsible in developing, maintaining and executing all Texaco and Private label development
- Manages external agencies to deliver the marketing plan in line with Chevron brand guidelines. Manages the production of all print/media ads, trade brochures, leaflets, Product Data Sheets for region in conjunction with channel needs

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course preferably Marketing
- Experience in Project Management from setting up a team to framing, planning and implementation
- Detail oriented, high critical thinking skill, reliable with sense of urgency
- Able to prioritize, provide and take feedback, and take ownership of work
- Able to communicate well and work with different personalities and cultures
- Proficiency in English for business purpose is a must.
- Team Player and highly adaptable
- Open to different shifts/schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Good knowledge in various aspects of Lubricants packaging
- Agency direction & coordination and Validating & Verifying (V&V) content
- Preferred but not a must: can speak multiple languages
Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
International Considerations:
Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
