IT Systems Support Analyst - SAP Security

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Deliver SAP Security product line priorities, enhancements, and compliance-related work within agreed timelines and quality standards.

• Analyze and support SAP Security incidents, service requests, authorization issues, and access-related inquiries.

• Design, maintain, and improve SAP Security roles, access controls, workflows, and processes aligned with security, SOD, audit, and compliance requirements.

• Support testing, automation, release readiness, and secure movement of changes from test environments to production.

• Build business domain knowledge to identify process, automation, and AI improvements that reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and improve workflow consistency.

• Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, business stakeholders, audit teams, and technical partners using Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Security experience across S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, BTP, SAP HANA Database, SAP Identity Management, and BODS.

• Strong knowledge of SAP access control design, role management, authorization concepts, and access lifecycle processes.

• Experience with ERP security architecture, SAP GRC administration (ARA, ARQ, EAM, BRM, Process Control), SOD, mitigating controls, ruleset maintenance, and audit/compliance management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, design, implementation, and technical troubleshooting skills.

• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills, with strong customer focus, presentation skills, and results orientation.
