- Collaborating closely with the system owner to effectively delegate staffing during critical close periods.
- Defining and articulating requirements for system changes, including necessary fixes and enhancements, to ensure continuous improvement.
- Partnering with Technical Support to seamlessly implement system changes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
- Upholding Chevron compliance standards to maintain the integrity of operations.
- Addressing internal controls compliance requirements to strengthen our overall framework.
- Conducting thorough annual Risk Assessments and IP and Data Privacy compliance reviews, incorporating valuable input from Technical Support and system administrators.
- Keeping primary documentation well-organized and updated to support transparency and accessibility.
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure that appropriate technical support coverage is consistently available.
- Identifying and recommending constructive processes and technical improvements to system owners to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
