About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Kyriba Administration Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
The Treasury Kyriba Administration Analyst is the treasury business owner and functional administrator of the enterprise Treasury Management System (TMS), Kyriba. The role ensures that Kyriba is configured, governed, and continuously optimized to support treasury activities across the organization in a controlled, scalable, and auditable manner.
This position owns the treasury functional layer of Kyriba – business configuration, workflows, controls, data quality, reporting, and user enablement – while partnering closely with Kyriba IT Support, which owns technical infrastructure, integrations, and platform operations. The role acts as the primary treasury liaison to IT and the Kyriba vendor, ensuring treasury requirements are accurately translated into system design and usage.
Operational treasury activities are performed by treasury analysts; this role enables and supports those activities by ensuring Kyriba is reliable, well-controlled, and fit for purpose.
Treasury Functional Administration
Own treasury-specific configuration in Kyriba, including entity structures, liquidity structures, currencies, counterparties, etc.
Configure and maintain treasury workflows, approval hierarchies, authorization matrices, and business rules in line with Corporate Policy 140 – Banking and Liquidity Management.
Maintain treasury reference data and ensure consistency and standardization across users.
Lead functional implementation of Kyriba enhancements, upgrades, and new modules based on treasury requirements.
Define treasury access requirements and partner with IT on technical provisioning.
User Enablement and Functional Support
Serve as the primary treasury functional point of contact for Kyriba users.
Provide Level 1 functional support for workflow exceptions, approval issues, data discrepancies, and reporting questions.
Triage issues between treasury-functional ownership and IT-technical ownership, coordinating resolution as needed.
Maintain and develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials; deliver user training and onboarding.
Data Quality, Reporting, and Controls
Own treasury data quality standards, perform data validation and assist in resolution of data issues where needed.
Design and maintain treasury reports and dashboards within Kyriba supporting liquidity, cash visibility, bank fees, FX exposure, and KPIs.
Ensure strong treasury controls within Kyriba, including segregation of duties, audit trails, and exception monitoring.
Support internal and external audits, regulatory requirements, and treasury risk assessments.
Digital and Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with Kyriba IT Support on integrations, upgrades, and platform stability with clear separation of functional vs. technical ownership.
Engage relevant system project and/or operational teams to ensure treasury needs are reflected in enterprise system roadmaps.
Support Finance Digital Platform and Treasury Risk Management (TRM) Product Line initiatives as the treasury functional representative.
Act as the primary treasury contact with the Kyriba vendor on functional topics and enhancements.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve treasury processes through Kyriba.
Stay current on Kyriba capabilities, treasury technology trends, best practices, innovation, and integration with new technologies, such as AI.
Measure and communicate business value delivered through system optimization.
About You

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelorof Sciencedegree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
5+years of experience in treasury operations and/or treasury systems administration; Kyriba experience preferred.
Kyriba certifications (Cash Management, Payments, Administration) preferred.
Experience in a global, multi-entity, multi-currencytreasury environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAPECC,S/4HANAorJDEpreferred) and treasurysystemintegration/ linkages.
Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills.
