- Monitor production plan/schedule performances (OEE, Waste, reworks, down time) with safety as a core responsibility.
- Achieve loss prevention through a risk-based approach maintaining both safety & quality at work. Utilize learnings to modify the way we work by implementing corrective & preventive actions.
- Ensure materials move across the production to meet OTIF.
- Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives; standardize work and eliminate non-value-adding tasks.
- Eliminate constraints and build reliability through proactive capital planning and management of production OPEX.
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, training and performance feedback.
