Innovation-Pressure Shop/Machinist Technician plays a key role supporting research and maintenance activities for all Opco’s at the Richmond Technology Center
Responsibilities include:
Receive work direction from Shops Lead Coordinator.
Manage and maintain Maintenance Connection tool to schedule work orders.
Review work orders and provide estimates.
Help coordinate with pipe shop and machine shop leads during on-site maintenance shutdowns to service safety devices.
Work closely with customers to verify all new requested safety devices are built according to P&ID.
Repair and service Relief Valves, Regulators, Rupture disk, Process Gas Restrictors, Parr Vessels.
Coordinate with third party venders for the maintenance and repair of safety devices that are UV rated.
Hydro test various reactors and vessels.
STAMP Administrator, responsibilities are to assure all safety devices are in site compliance.
Initiate work permits for eCOW, job site hazard analyses (JSA), IHE, hot work permits, and confined space work.
Operate and maintain Lathe and Milling Machines.
Review drawings and order materials to ensure accuracy for new parts fabrication.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Basic computer Skills
Good oral and written communication skills
At least 2 years of experience in the field
Relocation Options:
Relocation is not offered for this role. Only local candidates will be considered.
International Considerations:
Expatriate assignments will not be considered.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $89,400 – $134,000. The selected candidate’s compensation will be determined based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
