About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for aStarCardGrowthand OperationsSpecialist. This role will be based inBrisbaneHead Office.

The role is primarily responsible for ensuring profitablefleetcustomer growthand operationswithin the existingStarCardcustomer base. You willbe requiredto have a strong analytical andsales approach to ensure KPIs for retention and growthfor our fleet customersare met. Working cross functionally within the organizationand our service provider,willberequiredto help you achieve your goals,leveragingmarketing, BI tools, outbound callcentreand other resources toassistyou.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • StarCardcustomer in network volume targets and KPIs are met via development and rollout ofcustomerinitiatives

  • Source new affiliateStarCardmerchants including the marketing ofStarCardcustomers for new affiliates

  • ImproveStarCardoperations forfleetcustomers and merchants

  • Development of a customer engagement and comms plan to ensure delivery of KPIs

  • Develop management and reporting tools to supportStarCardbusiness needs

  • SOX Compliance requirements of the business unit

  • Owns change requests and other projects withour service provider.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Applies a proactive approach to sales

  • Possesses experience in retail and/or commercial & industrial fuel sectors

  • Experience in working with fleet and fleet relatedindustries

  • Understanding of card payments will be a benefit

  • Develops commercially sound proposals

  • Ability to make outbound calls

  • Demonstrates strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including advanced Excel& BIproficiency

  • Showsa high levelof initiative and self-motivation
