About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Advisor - Procurement and Materials Management, and applications will be accepted until November 7 at 11:59 pm. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati, Philippines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Support CoE Initiatives:

  • Assist in planning and executing CoE-driven projects, including procurement and Materials Management process improvements and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CoE deliverables with enterprise goals
  • Act as a key liaison between the CoE and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in

Project Management:

  • Manage or support procurement and Materials Management-related projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
  • Coordinate tasks across teams, manage project timelines, and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Identify risks and provide proactive solutions to address them

Enterprise Metrics Management:

  • (1) Monitor and report on Enterprise Procurement and Materials Management Metrics, ensuring alignment with CoE goals and strategies.
  • (2) Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • (3) Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate performance insights effectively.

Analytical Support:

  • (1) Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
  • (2) Perform root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization
  • (3) Collaborate with data teams to enhance the availability and accuracy of procurement and MM related data

Process Standardization:

  • Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, including SOPs and governance frameworks
  • Support the development of standardized workflows to promote consistency across business units
  • Align procurement and MM processes with enterprise-wide best practices and strategies

About You

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field

  • Experience in procurement and Materials Management, process analysis, or a similar role (internships included)

  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization

Preferred

  • Prior experience in internal or external consulting roles

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)

  • Understanding of procurement and Materials Management processes and procurement best practices

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools (e.g., SMART by GEP)

Key Competencies

  • High Engagement Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Consultative Mindset: Experience in problem-solving, solution design, and stakeholder alignment from a consulting perspective

  • Problem-Solving: Analyzes data and processes to provide actionable recommendations

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting insights and reports

  • Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in data analysis and process documentation.

  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)

  • Knowledge of procurement and Materials Management analytics or process improvement methodologies

  • Exposure to shared services or CoE environments
